Looks like a good example. I saw one locally. It was a sun faded orange, not a good example. Never saw it again.

Hi,

Nice Bricklin [8D] built with safety as a high priority and years ahead of its time in a lot a ways. Have to admit never seen one in the flesh.

Cheers John

Hi,

you want pictures, you got them;

actually it's Metallic Jaguar British Racing Green

Putting some extra lights on for Beans great 'Nachtrit' on 1st Nov 14.

Also finally the exhausts are done, kept the first long silencers and cut the last short silencers off, a specialist made me some nice
stainless steel pipes to replace the silencers and he did a great job centring the double tail pipes. Sound is magnificent now, not disturbing in our outside but has a brutal grumble when pushing the pedal to the floor. Just love it.

Image

The beast in it's cage, needed the number plate to get the Bricklin to the garage for MOT.

Image

Went thru MOT with two fingers in the nose, The only thing I did before MOT was to change the colour of the front driving lights/indicators; no orange allowed in Belgium.

Greetings, J.

And a slightly arty picture of your car before the start of the last edition ...

Had to use a search engine for Bricklin. Don't suppose we saw them in the U.K as I guess the limited production was all left hand drive. Interesting and perhaps unfortunate history. Nice car though and the TR of course! supercass
