Was involved with a discussion about this company in the 6Pack and the thought that they collected a tariff on delivery was the remembered occurrence.
Welcome to see ,no extra charges on delivery.

I've received a bill after the fact, so you might not be out of the woods. Seems pretty random if there is or not (in general, I've not purchased anything from Prestige)

I love the green carpet .. it feels like on the lawn [:)] go 4 green-green - the interior has enough contrast

But beware of the carpet from Rimmer is not as green as on the brochure (website) he is much darker - too bad! I'm thinking on a carpet a lawn .. so is it really "English" haha

I think you have the left and right sill pieces swapped.

Convertible should have a shelf piece and the side piece should go all the way up and around the body reinforcing support. It looks like you have a set for the coupe.

Probably right Darrell, I just threw them on the floor and arranged as I thought might work .

Both Kits from Rimmer

Image

It looks like I got pieces of both.
This is from Prestige and if they don't include the back pieces I am gonna be pissed.

Note that the original carpet on the shelf area isn't the same as the floor carpet. It is the same color, but a much thinner version. Not sure that the thickness used on the floor would really work back there.

Received my answer from the supplier
"<i><b>The rear shelf wasn't originally carpeted. It was covered in a completely different material.

We can sell you carpet off the roll by the yard. The roll is 1.5 yards wide and the cost is $85 per yard including shipping.</b></i>"

Darrell it's hard to tell how thick it is as Mine is pretty stiff.
Will pull out the vertical piece and compare it to the new carpet.
Why do you say it won't work?
Isn't it just 2 flat pieces?

I am glad to see Rimmer now has the right shade of jade green.

If it is too much thicker, I think it may interfere with putting the top down.

On the outboard edges, there is a definite impression from the top rails. Now it could be that is just from 30 years of resting against the material, and not really indicative of there being a lot of pressure. Or it could be that is the limiting factor in how tight the top folds down.

Since your vinyl will be black (I think), you could go with black trim back there. Victoria British sells the panels:
