FHC seats, alternatives

I actually bought, and had the TR7 runners fitted to, a set of Mazda MX5 seats. These were the Mk1 seats. Whilst they were OK, they were too narrow for the space and looked 'lost' - I immediately took them out and put back the TR7 seats. The MX5 seats went on ebay [:)] Later versions of MX5 seats might be wider, of course.

Don, don't worry about us purists because none of us are purists really. My car looks totally standard all over but everything that makes the car go and stop has been modified as has the cooling system. Also, different seats in the TR6 are a very good idea because the TR6 never benefited from the comfort levels of the seats in the TR7.

I wonder if anyone has adapted TR7 seats to fit a TR6. That's probably a modification worth trying. Might look a little odd though.

Any ideas where to get seat diaghrams from in the Uk anyone?

Obviously, they are expensive, but if there was a new TR7 seat with the latest safety designs ( not including airbags [:)] ) , I would buy a set:
