I'm not sure where we're meeting either now.

When I last spoke with John he mentioned Cherwell Valley services junction 10 as a possible venue, Southbound only here. Oxford services are at junction 8a southbound.

Clarify Mr Wood please.

Correct John, if you get off the northbound or the southbound the services are off the motorway so is accessible for everyone.

OK Ladies and Gentlemen the meeting is at Cherwell Valley Services Junction 10, M40. We have a meeting room booked from 11.00 am. There is two hour free marking so plenty of time to get thing discussed. Weather looks good as well so bring your TR's if they're taxed. I will text, email, forum and Facebook everyone later tonight when I get home.

I must start with a big thank you to everyone who has responded. The meeting on Sunday has been changed to Cherwell Valley Services which is junction 10 of the M40. look forward to seeing everyone around 11am. Simon Bryan has very kindly booked a meeting room so we can all have a good natter and hopefully brainstorm some good ideas. See you Sunday.

What a damned good meeting that was with a lot of very good suggestions and worthwhile discussions. Very pleasant to see everyone too.

Back row, left to right:
John Lucas, Tracy Johnson, Jim Johnson, Andrew Poynter, John Wood, Ian White, Simon Bryan.

Front row, left to right:
Paul Lewis, Michelle Rook, Roy Hankins.

Don't know who took the picture but given the quality a shame Michelle didn't do the honours!!! Okay, I'm the guilty party and I'll do better next time.

It is nice to see Michelle on this side of the lens for once.[:)]

The finished promotional poster Michelle has designed is just stunning,it really does catch the eye. The one you see in the picture is just a draft copy.

A lot of people are working very hard at the moment to make this happen ,so let's all get our wedges out and support this event in September.

Not for me! Which is why I'm the other side of the lens....but thank you for the fab comments on the design front...doesn't look great in the pic...but the design has been tweaked a bit and is better in the flesh! bit like me. LOL!!! JOKING!!!
