While shipping to UK will be a little more than US shipping (you guts are spoiled) it shouldn't be that high. We can get stuff from the US for about the same as UK, generally even though there's an ocean in the way. I'd check it out anyway.
Leather conditioner isn't going to replace that missing bit of leather but will soften the cracks some what.
It never ceases to amaze me that people never maintain their leather seats in their cars and most are all cracked. I guess if you trade in your car every few years......
