Cobber, I didn't receive your message. Can you try again or even just post them on here. But I have just tried an initial email to Hemmings 'Sports & Exotic' which is one I had not heard of before. I spoke to Tim and Classic Motorsports yesterday and that may result in quite an interesting development which if it comes off I'll post on here as and when.

Latest news is from a chap who was shown Bullet Reloaded last week - he never had a TR7 in his life but is now actively looking for one. Must have made quite an impact.

Maybe EVERYBODY with their cars featured, even in the background somewhere, should have a 'Featured In...' bumper sticker.

Trouble is, the wedge bumpers aren't too receptive to adhesive stickers once covered with that greenish AutoGlym 'polish'....

You can't put a sticker on the cat. That's wrong.[:)]

Well, you could put a sticker on the cat, but you are correct - a typo probably caused by predictive text! Now corrected, and thanks!

I'm sure everyone must be enjoying your section John - a stunning car with a good looking owner (just like me and my car!).

Because I haven't let any dealers have Bullet Reloaded yet we're not shifting that many but I'm very thankful of everyone who has taken the time and put their hand in their pocket to purchase from my web site. I did ship a small batch off to the TWOA simply because the big Triumphest/VTR convention is coming up but it doesn't look like they've got to them yet. I'll let the TRDC have a few copies shortly and these two wedgie clubs and my own web site will be the only places it will be possible to get the triple disc which most people on here have purchased so far.

But even if sales aren't setting the world alight I'm amazed at the feedback I've been getting with this one. I've never had so many incredulous emails and telephone calls. I think it's going to do our favourite cars a great service around the world with the amount of journalists I'm sending it to.

You deserve a TR7 knighthood John for all the hard work you have put into this DVD.

It's just fantastic that you've managed to get all this information down and recorded for posterity, before old father time takes that opportunity from us.

A quite brilliant piece of work.

Lets hope the more modern day (younger) journalist will make up their own opinions on the TR7 and 8, then the rehashed nonsense I have been reading for the past 30 years will be finally put to bed and forgotten.

If I ever read that Speke cars rot more and are less reliable due to build quality than Solihull cars again you know the journalist has no credability[}:)] That pathetic statement in print has probably seen many a good car scrapped over the years.

I think everyone will have to watch it many times before much of the information starts to register.

The club is hoping to send out an email to all members in the coming days so apologies to the many who have already purchased. This new email facility could be a valuable tool for the club in the future to keep all members up to date with developments in between magazine issues.

By the way Andrew, the current issue is the best this year. Well done to you and Howard for putting yet another great issue together that I'm sure many people around the world will want to keep (hopefully with their burgeoning Triumph DVD collection!).

Hi,

Just watched ' Slagle Racing ' DVD again, really intresting stuff if you are into your racing, or not for that matter. IF you not ordered your DVD's yet include this one in the package.

Would love to have a dig around in Vernon Brannon workshop he has some real gems in there not to mention unique parts.

Looks like John's 'California Air' will be next on the shopping list another great looking DVD

Cheers John

John, I had a telephone call from Vernon last night. Anytime you're over in the North Carolina area I think we can arrange a visit. I have never seen another personal collection anything like it. Better than most museums I've visited - absolutely incredible. A great guy with a great collection.
