Different Rear End!

Postby saabfast » 03 Jun 2013 11:27

This one looks different to any other I have seen. Looks a bit kit-carish though, not sure I like it.

It's not bad, but the reflectors on either side of the licence make for too much red. Looks like they packed in as much as they could with no eye for aesthetics.

Right rear tire needs a little air.

Probably the wheels. Why bother butchering a car in that way? supercass

I have to admit, I've always thought the tail lights were a low point of the wedge design. THAT however, is not an improvement.

I agree with Whitenviro in that the TR-7s tailights aren't up to the rest of the car......but those lights aren't the answer [:0]

Nope. I like the rear lights, they are different from anything out there. Same with the light pods. Not something most stylists would put on a car (pods weren't Harris Mann's design). Not that they couldn't be better but most mods make the 7 more like other cars and less like something unique. But then back in the day I drove a '71 Javelin and not a Camaro (to plain) or Mustang (although I wanted a '69), also drove a '71 Beetle, liked the AMC Pacer and Gremlin (no cutting edge engineering there) so what does that tell you? My University of Manitoba design training gone to waste?

I think they would look a lot better if they were swapped so that the thick part was on the bottom!

Just come to me, rear lights remind me a bit of a Chevy Vega. Always liked the look of those despite their dire reputation.
