@ Beans I don't understand "TR7 Sprint rear heater pick up" - what part is meant ..

What is being referred to is illustrated on this page: http://www.triumphtrs.co.uk/tr7sprints.htm

It would be great to have some bolt on upgrade kits for the 4 cylinder engine (sprint or 8 valve), such as:
- EFI conversion (36-1 crank pulley with trigger wheel, VR sensor and bracket, inlet manifold drilled for injectors, capped dummy distributor to maintain oil pump drive, 4 coil pack and mounting bracket, EMU and wiring harness options, with installation instructions)
- EWP conversion kit - replace the troublesome oem unit with something like the Davies Craig electronic pumps
- Rear disk brake conversion with cable handbrake hookup
- AC installation brackets, etc to suit modern compressor

I'm sure there are a range of other bits and pieces on top of this that I would be interested in buying.

I love the idea of kits like this, especially if they are made specifically for our cars. It would be nice if one of the major shops could do something like this. I'm hoping the sun is starting to shine in our direction a little. TWOA announced the coming of new original sun visors sometime in the future. Talk about an unobtainium part! Even if you can find a pair that was never installed, they are still crap. I would be particularly interested in an EFI kit and rear disk kit.

How about the Sprint exhaust manifold; impossible to find and tubular manifolds don't seem to fit properly without some banging around. That would be an item I'd buy.

Oh, I have seen the heater pick up - I I have an original Dolomite engine and I was not aware of the problem - good to know [:)]

Thank you for the compassion! (engine)

We had contact again - he has promised us we get the engine (in whole or in part).. we have to stay behind..

Manifold - my friend uses weber .. but I want to avoid that - 1. Injection or 2. SU HD / S 8 carburetor

-- The pulse decrease could also be done on the flywheel - I have a drilling template for a flywheel ..
or like the Rover 200 Image
