The enquiry is complete.
The vehicle details for TMD 727S are:
Date of Liability 19 10 1983
Date of First Registration 11 10 1977
Year of Manufacture 1977
Cylinder Capacity (cc) 1998cc
CO2 Emissions Not Available
Fuel Type PETROL
Export Marker N
Vehicle Status Unlicensed
Vehicle Colour BLUE
Vehicle Type Approval Not Available
Vehicle Excise Duty rate for vehicle
6 Months Rate £123.75
12 Months Rate £225.00

Not taxed since 1983 so I doubt it (but you never know).

Very sharp looking. Could it have been inspired by the Group 44 race cars? Imagine if the TR7 was done like that in the beginning.[:0]

looks like some one has been spoiling the car for years!

it properly got wrapped round a tree years ago... bet it took the local council months to clear the drains of P38..

It's no better or no worse than many out there customized cars we see in the hot rod magazines. Few attempts at customization make the car better. The only one is the Group 44 car which is a purpose built car and it's honesty shows. With all the money spent on customization I'm surprised no one did one of the original Harris Mann sketch. It would not only "work" but be of historical significance.
