What a tale of woe, are our cars becoming garage queens?

Similar here. Over 3 months getting the air Con fitted, over 2 months getting painted, another 2 1/2 getting engine rebuilt, then waiting for the new fuel tank, so only 3 months on the road.

I'd only done 1500Km before the head went, but in the 12 days since she went back on the road I've run up 500Km.

Things should look up after teething troubles fixed.

1800km for me in the TR7 FHC. No problems developed but the same anoying one that I just plain did'nt take the time to fix is the fuel gauge that reads empty all the time (have to get at those conections)

Bicycle... ummm probably under 25km

boat roughly 500km

work van 75,000km

Probably another 100,000km or so in variing forms of planes, trains and automobiles throughout the year.
