Blowing off some cobwebs

Postby Spectatohead » 05 Dec 2012 18:18

The rain stopped today so I used the 8 to run some errands. Okay I took a side trip to Wintler Park along the Columbia River here in Vancouver.

Ken, are you talking about that new fangled gizmo that keeps the rain off of your head? [:p] Yeah, it's kind of weird driving it with that thing over my head.

Looks like I have to do something with my signature photos. Webshots is no more apparently. I guess now is the time to move everything to Photobucket.

And an interior, too, from the looks of things. Looking great!

Nope, same old mess inside. Thanks for the compliments though. I did spray all the vinyl panels a lighter color which freshened the look of it a bit. I haven't been able to do it right yet. I should be graduating from school next week, depending on how I do on my final exams, and hopefully someone will hire me and I can spend money on the car again. As it is I do enjoy driving it whenever I can. Someday...

had a simular idea today i was a little surprised how dirty i'd left it since it's last run out in October

But what a joy it was to wake up the nieghbours with that grumbling V8 on what wass a quite and crisp Sunday morning

needless to say i've spent the rest of the day polishing it.

What Sundays should be about the smell of a sunday roast and polishing cars
