Pageant blue / Pageant mid blue?

Postby mitchelltjohn » 05 Oct 2012 15:27

I'm looking for a aerosol for JAG Pageant blue for soem touch-up body work. In my local motor factors I've seen off-the shelf Hycote aerosol can called Rover Pageant mid blue. The helpful chap scanned the can and said it was not JAG colour code. He offere he could mix me a can but it would water-based only and would need a clear laquer top coat, so I left as I now Halfords still mix cellulose cans. In Halfords I also noticed theri own branded off-the-shelf called Rover Pageant mid blue. It looked a little too light, so went for one of Halfords Holts minimix cans JAG which they prepared on the spot.

Anyone know if Halfrods off-teh-shelf Rover Pageant mid blue can is correct for TR7?

Halfords will do it but I now use these; http://auto-paint.co.uk/carpaint/

They offer a quick service and bigger cans
