If you plan to go back, I could use a couple odds and ends, and would be happy to pay the going rates plus postage. I need one of the red push-switches for the door, (located on the column at the front of the door frame), knobs for the heater control handles, and a couple of the angle fittings for the engine vacuum lines. I've also been looking for a pair of the hardboard panels in the trunk that cover the tail lights, if they are in good shape.

I see the blue car has the pop up at the back sun roof. It looks like the double pane unit. I have one of these on my 7, & it is one of the best things on the car.

With the drivers side up, & the drivers window down about an inch or two, it keeps the windscreen beautifully demisted, something I find hard to do on a 7.

With most of my driving being on country roads, with little stop start stuff, I can run this way, even in quite heavy rain. No water coming in while traveling at above 20MPH or so.

However, if someone can tell me where I could get new sealing rubber for them I would be eternally grateful.

The yard is southeast of Cambridge. The cars are rough. Did you need something? If so I will take a look next time.

If you could get the glove box lock (pull off the rubber handle and two screws on inside and it comes out). I might be able get one from Ron but an extra is good to have. If the trunk lock turn handle is in good shape, I could use it as Yellow TCT's was corroded. I'm not sure off hand if it's screwed in or if there is a slider plate holding it in. I don't need keys as I can disassemble and use my current tumblers. If the plastic glove box door restrainer straps are good, punch out the plastic pins and get those. Let me know what shipping is etc. and we can settle up.

Slide plate, & you need pliers to get it off, if it's in good condition.

Fastseven: Do you plan to go back to these cars for anything?

Been very busy with work. I will try and get back soon and have a look for the parts you listed.

No hurry at all; if you were going back I was going to add a part. I am having trouble with the latch mechanism that mounts on the back of the left door. If you can get one of those I'd appreciate it. The screws are star head, so they make it a bugger to get off. (I could use the screws too, if you get the part.)

Thanks
