I was considering it, but having made that drive (and sometimes more) 4 times in the last 5 weeks, I'm just not up for it again.

Hope it is a great show!

I wanted to but I'm stuck at the beach house and the TR8 isn't running anyway. I really need to find the time to look at it.

Flat forgot about it.
Though I couldn't have made it anyway.
Almost finished with the house fixing for the "For Sale " sign to go up/
About 95% done.
Lovely weather too.
Hope everyone enjoyed it

Had a great day. 5 wedges on the field and one more that I know of that was in the spectator lot.
2 30th Anniversary Editions, 2 TR8s, and one TR7/V8 with very custom body work and a trunk full of high power sound system.

Plus: My 7 got 2nd in class.
Minus: I forgot my camera. Nuts.

Now on to the Portland All Triumph Drive In next weekend!

Pretty poor showing.

Not many active wedges locally - this is hard-core TR6 country. That's why I post reminders for the out-of-towners. Actually things are looking up. A few years ago mine was sometimes the only TR7 at local events.

So lets see how it goes at the annual NW All Triumph Drive In this weekend at Forest Grove Oregon. I'll be there.

Please keep the events announcements in the proper section.....

(For reference purposes, they will get lost when they are posted in the general section)

Mine was the car in the spectator lot; I couldn't stay very long and once in you weren't supposed to move your car until 4:00pm. I took a couple pics:

This is one of those shows where everyone has their hood open, so the cars aren't very easy to photograph. One of the few cars ready to hop in and go:

Hey, another TR8 that has both the wreath medallion and the TR8 fade sticker on the nose. Except that mine has the TR8 sticker above the medallion.

If I remember correctly, that car came down from Canada for the show. I don't know who owned it.

What is also interesting is that my medallion is much further down the nose, the TR8 decal couldn't fit where that one is.

Nice photos! Can we have permission to use them in the Tyee club newsletter and/or facebook page?
