The French still make cars? There haven't been any Peugeots, Citereons, or Renaults here for over 20 years. It would be nice to see them try to return to this market. They seem to be making better vehicles today than when we last saw them.

I see as many french cars as english ones here in Quebec, there's always a few that turn up at the various meets and shows....
I'd guess that off island where I live there's as many 2Cv's as TR7's [;)]


Also, don't forget that over here on the east coast the french culture is much stronger than you would EVER find in BC or western provinces!

While there are French enclaves in Northern Alberta, here on the west coast and the Island in particular not so much. They didn't call the capitol of British Columbia, Victoria, for nothing.[:p]

I've only seen one French car, a Renault 5, here in the last 32 years. And that was driven by a Renault service mechanic! Needless to say they worked on all makes.[:p]
