Bleeder port midway down cylinder? There is a port at the end and midway where the flow of the two pistons goes to the pressure reducing valve where it then separately goes to front and rear brakes. Is this what you are referring to?

My old master has three ports. Two with lines connected and one for the caution light. This new master cylinder has one additional port with a bleeder valve. It it just above the warning switch. I have been told this port is used after installation of the master so that you do not have to bleed each wheel.
