That ebay insert looks nothing like a 7 I've ever seen.
This reminds me of my time working in Denmark in the late noughties. Denmark has such a high import tax on cars (no danish car industry) that Danes were removing the boots from luxury sports cars and importing them as light comercial vehicles.
I saw a number of Porsche 928 & 944 "pickups" around Copenhagen and many more Range Rovers and Porsche Cayennes converted to commercial vehicles. The 4x4's had their rear seats removed, metal guards behind the driver's seats and a flat floor installed effectively making them 2 seater vans. They had different coloured number plates identifying them as commercial or semi-commercial vehicles.
The legislation was being changed to remove the loophole as I was moving back to the UK.
