The yellow car 7 in one of the pictures looks familiar ...

Don't remember seeing that one, the pics are quite old though.
The yellow 7 has old fashioned number plates, that type is replaced around 2000.
The number itself doesn't exist anymore.

I sent a pair of bumpers to Norway, via New Jersey - the buyer had a shipping agent take care of getting them the rest of the way. His name was Theo L. He even modified them more. This was November 2008

Motor Fair October 1981 in London - Street Machine Magazine had a stand which included this 'S' reg TR7 with an upgraded engine - must have been only 3 years old when modified - is it still about ?

The Shows Catalogue has great Politically Incorrect Adverts for a family event - great plus all the adverts from 1981 with long forgotten Peugeots, Talbots & Ladas.

I know most on this list have seen this car before from a low front 3/4 angle, but I came across this shot whilst roaming the interwebs.

It re-inforced for me that it is probably the best done "extreme" mod to a Tr7 that I've seen. I would (and will when I get around to working on my car again) do the nose differently (I plan to do both a 73 Corvette and a Stratos style front bar), but this is his car and the GT40-esque nose is done very well. The rest of the body kit imho makes the car look great, the only possible issue being the integration of the swage into the rear flare, always a tricky area.

I don't understand why people mess with a car to that extreme (but maybe it's just me ....) I honestly think they look better when closer to original !


Personally I find this thing looks like it mated with a boat and a monster truck and then became amphibious ..............

Everytime I look at this one I keep thinking it has a great deal of potential. Cant remember where it was from exactly but it was listed for sale a year or so ago.
