What better reason?

Postby cozyheatdave » 23 Jan 2012 16:36

No matter what our hobby, no matter why we do this, there isn't any better reason than this!

Grand niece. Took her for a ride around the neighborhood. Quote from her Dad "I see what I'll be buying her in 14 years".

Both my kids also hate the car.

I had hoped that we would build some memories like I did with my dad when we build two different cars while I was a teenager.

We have other hobbies that we enjoy together, so I can't complain.

Mine both like the 4A and the 8, but neither is interested in driving much after the initial lesson with the manual transmission (they are the only manuals we have).

My oldest son really liked it when I turned circles in my DHC with him strapped in the passenger seat...about 18-20 years ago...He is 25 now...and he is restoring the same DHC...Got to love it...!!!
