Looks like my DHC is [url="http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/260908181401"]â€for saleâ€[/url] on ebay at the moment [:-/]

Clearly a case of misuse of pictures, sadly as a non ebay member you can't complain [:(]

Sure you can, Stealing pics is against eBay's rules. All you need to do is contact them and provide proof that the pics are yours and they will cancel the guy's auction.

Looks like he is selling a service and not the car that is on the transport. But he still maybe should have contacted you and asked before he used the picture.[:0]

guess we're now a supplier for TR7pics on ebay .....second time in a couple of weeks a member's car pic was swiped for commercial purposes ...
