I think the builder should be admired, and the apparent quality of the modifications suggest that the structural problems would have been addressed.
I'd like to see the rear end treatment.

I agree. It looks quite professional. Some serious work went into it. But it falls short because it is too blunt. What makes the wedge unique is the the wedge appearance. Blunting the nose like that totally destroys the idea.
