as you can see the connector is heat burnt

where do these wires come from a go ?

one I think comes from the hazard switch a green and red

No, whatever you do don't connect them.they are the connections for the marker lights, the green being the feed from the indicator and the black is an earth.

Hi Stevie,

Looking at those wires, you have a green and another colour, the other wire is black [?] [?], IF this is the case i would say no, black on BL cars is always an earth,so if green colour is live at somepoint then never a good connection to make [xx(]

Will have a look under my speaker cover see what i can see tomorrow.

Cheers John

The same wires are on the RH side as well, make sure they aren't connected. If these wires are you will blow the indicator fuse.

Hmmm, seems odd that they were connected.Any idea how long they have been like that ?? There's a red/yellow wire down there as well which is for thew front fogs. That's not connected to anything it shouldn't be is it ??

Hi Stevie,

What fuse do you have in the hazard circuit as that should blow before the unit, cheaper too

Is there a second colour on that green wire at a guess red [?]

Cheers John
