Superb looking job, are you going to put some transfers on the bootlid?

Ruddy, I found some BMW late 80s or early 90s centre caps that fit perfectly. I only had to gently scrape the BMW transfer off them.

I have the same caps on the performance wheels on the red FHC in my photos.

I have some 7x13 genuine Minilites on order as an alternative to the factory originals, as you can see on the photo I have had no luck with a set of centre caps.

I'm sure you probably know Rimmers lists them although they are out of stock currently. If you contacted them did they say when they expect them in?

Have you tried Robsport, that's where I got mine last year.
They are slightly different from the originals, but you'll have to be an anorak to notice the difference [:D]

Looks superb Ruddy, I couldn’t bring myself to blemish the paint with a set of side stips!
Yours has this clean and neat look that I love.

Very nice!! Coming from someone who HATES red cars, that is very high praise!! Well done on the reshell - was it fairly straightforward or was there a lot of messing about with panel gaps etc?

Personally i think it would be a shame to spoil the paintwork with decals, stripes or anything else - leave the rest of the world guessing what it is and what's under the bonnet! Talking of which, do the twin tailpipes mean it has a V8?

Cheers,
Dave
