TR7/8 Stand Tatton Park, Knutsford 4th & 5th June

Postby tr7jim » 14 Dec 2010 19:46

I am in the process of arranging a TR7/8 Stand on the 4th & 5th June 2011 for the Tatton Park Classic & Performance Car Specatular.

Note the main organisor Fixed-head)of this event drives a 1978 Java green TR7, which will be on the stand for starters, plus my own Genuine UK RHD TR8

I am looking for TR7/8 for either Saturday or Sunday and if you wish camping is available for £10 in Tatton Park, for more details follow this link below

http://www.cheshireautopromotions.co.uk/classic.php

Please email me and I will put your name and car details on the list and remember this event is free entry for two people with each TR7/8 entered. You will need to send in a indivual entry form with a S.A.E. to enter.

staningrimsby,

No problem will you be coming for the hole weekend including camping if all goes well with your sprint conversion, or just one day either saturday or sunday.

If you haven't been to Tatton show before , you will be impressed with all the cars on display and the large auto spares on offer and you can see Tatton hall and the deer in the estate.

We're up for the Tatton Park show and a bit of light camping!

Staningrimsby - might join you on route if you're going too...

Should have the car looking it's best by then (and maybe some of the electrics will be working).

Hi Jim, its our North Wales meet next fri so will check with all the guys and girls and try and get some numbers for the Tatton show. If we can get everyone to commite you will be looking at five V8s and a 2 ltr...plus a couple of spitfires if we still have any space left.

Hello, my TR7 fhc will be at tatton park, I bought it from there in aug. 2009. a one owner car built at speke in 1978. Ziebarted from new the car has always been garaged and is in nice condition (not concours) i love driving it, and i think it is a very under-rated car, i am hoping to see lots of tr7s/8s at the show and meeting other people, who also enjoy owning their TR7s. i am just hoping for nice dry salt-free roads in the next few weeks to give her a run! HOPE TO SEE LOTS OF TR7s AT TATTON PARK ON 4th & 5th JUNE 2011 !!!

Welcome to the forum 'fixed-head',

You will find that this is the best 7/8 forum on the web, with plenty of advice as and when required or for just a bit of chit chat.

Hope to meet you there.[:D]

Just to let all interested parties know, all entries will need to fill in a classic exhib. Form link below

http://www.cheshireautopromotions.co.uk ... xhibit.pdf

On the line are you exhibiting on a club stand? Which Club put either TR Drivers Club or if you wish TR7/8 Stand.
