The show was very busy today (Friday) and I'm glad I made it before the weekend as it'll probably be mobbed.

We arrived around 11:00 and left 6 hours later. The last time I visited the NEC show it was less than half the size. Make sure you've got your walking shoes on as it's spread over several halls.

John's black Grinnal looked very smart and we spent a while chatting with him. Then walked straight past the Allegro and Marina stands.[:)] Sorry but they're not my idea of a Classic.

A few other pictures when the crowds weren't in front of the cars.

And finally, if anyone makes it to the posh end of the show where the Ferrari owners club is, watch out for the doormen who keep the riff-raff off the stand. I think you need a worthy credit rating to get in.

Hi,

GREAT SHOW [8D]

Got there before doors opened, complete with a fuzzy head [B)] !! Met Simon, Gaz, Mr Turner, John, Mr And Mrs Clancy, Stricky ( hope you had a safe drive back home mate ) Wayne and Rachel plus loads of other wedge heads. TRDC stand looked great as had a constant crowd around it. Personal triumph of the day was a mint Rally Sport magazine TR8 rally poster, must have come free at the time for the grand price of £6 bargain.
Feet killing me now almost as much as going shopping!!
Hope everyone enjoyed there day and had a safe drive home.
A round applause for all those on the TRDC [:)]
The TR Register stand was a vast improvement over other years and also looks great, look forward to ordering my 'YOOF' Hodie, Wayne just need honurable in brackets underneath [;)]

Cheers John

Thanks to everyone who helped make the TR Drivers club stand such an attraction, mainly to organiser Phil Humphries who never fails to assemble a stunning selection of cars. Thanks also to the members, who provided the best TR7/8s at the NEC this weekend.
Hope to see you back next year Stevie.
