Don't forget to tape up the beer bottle [:p]

I'd also advise a light (guide) coat of black paint to check for imperfections. Spray on and sand down. Imperfections will show of quite nicely.

Yeah, I know, but it isnt going to be a show car. I am no expert body guy, so I dont expect any rewards. I am building a nice driver. I have blocked it and reprimed it twice now, so I figure that should be good enough for a nice driver. If I planned on an all out show stopper, unfortunately, it wouldnt be a $3000 TR7. I would probably start with a decent TR8, or ?? Hell for what I have in this one allready, I could have bought a nice TR8.

Hey,

You're one step ahead of me!!!!!!! [8D] My car is that wonderful grey, too. But you beat me on the block sanding[;)]

I hope mine will be back on the road in 3 weeks[^] a beautiful carmine red with black sills and trim.

The prep work looks great! Good luck with the paint.

John is in Florida!

Peri? How close does that match your red hair?

John? Close fit on that pick-up!

Thats funny. 3/4 ton extended cab longbed 4x4. I could probably just drive the TR7 up into the bed and carry it around. It just barely fits in the garage, but I keep it behind the house normally. I use it about 12 times a year to tow a camper or my cars. I dont like to drive my Camaro to the track, in case I blow it up. Its a long walk home.

Peri, now you have started discussing your hair colour, you are duty
bound to post a pic, so we can tell for ourselves. Particularly for
those of us, who are too far away to be likely to meet you at a
show, or something.

I'll post a pic just as soon as the car is done and I figure out how to do that. [:I]
