Hi folks. I am trying to find some replacement clips for the interior trim on my TR7. I think they are called spire clips and the ones I am looking for are used to hold the thick sound deadening mats to the front bulkhead. They're a little square thing with four holes in addition to the centre one; a push fit over a pin on the bodywork.

I'll try to find a part number, but I think they are unavailable from the usual suppliers. Anyone know if they can be found anywhere, or is there is an alternative? Perhaps an innovative enthusiast has found a solution already!

As far as I know 'spire clips' are the clips which fit over the edge of a panel with hole in it to allow fixing with a screw. Those look like insulation mechanical fixing pins, otherwise known as 'Stick pins', like:

Lots of suppliers if you google it. Not sure where you can get them that small though.

Edit: These are a bit smaller but looks like you need to buy 500!

Might be easier to use self adhesive AV pads and insulation these days.
