I had my drivers seat repaired about 8 years ago using a kit i bought from Rimmer Brothers,part number was RB7272,consisted of shaped thick steel plates and still holding very well.I am no light weight!!!

Could be wrong here[:o)]-does anyone have any pics. of the kit to see what you get/value for money/how it achieves the job/experiences???</font id="Comic Sans MS"></font id="green">

why don't you just buy a new seat ( omp , sparco , something...) ?
