If original, you may have a Delco electronic distributor with its square Delco made in France coil with integral amplifier on the LH fender like mine is. If earlier '80 may have Lucas electronic.
Most likely the cap rotor and wires will fix it. Don't forget the plugs. While it may only have 10,000 miles time has passed.
