Hi, thermostat was remover this morning ,hasn't got the foot on it ,its flat
looks like part for mgb or midget It tests ok starts to open at 30c and is full up at 82c
closes at 30c ,am sure this the cause of my problems , was told by A truimph parts man that the fellow warning unit my cause the sensor for the heating to read high on the gauge is there any truth in this

TR7 should have the 88ºC thermostat. Only a handful of the very early cars had the 82°C item fitted
