Here’s where to discuss anything specific about your standard(ish) car or something that applies to the model in general.

Probably Door harness protector sheath. No longer available according to Rimmers. Might have to get a used one from auto wreckers or Robsport/S&S.

I’m trying to refit (without success!) the corrugated rubber door harness sheath after respraying and refitting my doors. They were hard enough to extract but seem almost impossible to insert back in the small holes in the door and door pillar, especially when I have the door loom passing through.
Does anymore have any tips? The longer I try the more frustrated I get!

What model year is your car?
There is a difference between early and late cars.
Especially the diameter for the holes!

I had the same problem on the gold car. Eventually managed to fit them using brute force and the end of a screwdriver to compress the rubber flange inwards. All becomes clear now Beans has clarified that there are two sizes. I should have looked more closely when I was digging them out from my spares stash.
