Hi hope some one can help, My TR7 has had a sprint conversion and I think that it got a 12 volt coil fitted and the start relay has been modified to bypass the Eureka Wire. What I would like to do is fit a standard relay, but to do this I need to find the Eureka wire and by pass it, so I am asking does anybody know where the wire is situated in the car please?

The ballast wire is embedded within the wiring loom in the dashboard, the easiest way to bypass it is to run a 12v feed direct to the coil and remove the original wire from the relay at the coil.

I seem to remember one end of it starts very near the fuse box.I fitted a separate 12v feed when I fitted electronic ignition.Steve.
