Postby paul w » 09 Feb 2008 18:06

Took Rob to the wedgie Mecca,Bobsport this a.m.where he knelt
before the altar of the Bullet, filling the sacred tills of
the Bobsport with silver (ok,plastic!)And the deal was set in
stone.Its a little beauty,and it has a roof,Mr.Clancy!

Whilst there,we looked at the now up and running Sprint pick up -

Personally I think the Sprint pick-up look rather amateurish...
For instance: You can still see the remnants of the rear door, and they didn't lengthen the front doors.
+ They didn't slice, straighten out and fill-in the rear wing to get a true horizontal side of the pick-up bed.
Amateurish styling... [V]

But it will probably be a useful base kit for doing it right...
If it were lhd I might even be interested in firing up the TIG myself.
