Mine is a star drive bolt with a shoulder that goes into a fixture in the strut housing. Came loose last week and I lost the washer that goes between the strut housing and the stay, so I put a rubber washer behind it and over the shoulder.
Have fun, drive fast & safe, be kewl,

Many thanks Henk, its seems i might have the wrong nut was in mine to start with, its always the smallest of things that seem to be the confusing things particulary when something is wrong to begin with.
