When the steering goes to 'full lock' it goes kind of 'over centre' - this to get a good turning circle. Does the car run straight with 'hands off' ok ? Could be your steering rack is not exactly centred - and so the wheels can turn a little bit more one way than the other. Otherwise - could be the tracking is not set correctly - or more worryingly - the suspension strut may not be sitting at the correct angle - possibly due to worn bushes - or because of misalignment problems with the strut top mounts. View the car from straight-on, on a flat road. Do both wheels appear to be just very slightly leaning inwards at the top ? If one is more than tother - it needs investigation.

Have you looked to see if one of the tyres is rubbing on the body
work, when on full lock?

Hi Steve,
Have you checked for even tyre wear? and pressures why you are at it? Hit any curbs or such like? As Bmcecosse say's check if anything looks wrong and then jack it up and check for play anywhere on the front suspesion/steering, MAKE sure you use a suitable jack and AXLE STANDS,poss anti-roll bar bushes wear they go through the bottom arm,or inner bush bottom arm,any knocking noises present?
Cheers John.
