New sun visors

I nearly have changed all the tired old tan check interior of my cockpit to nice black. I have a fhc with a webasto sunroof, with the sunroof and roof liner whits/cream.

So now I have to change the sun visors. The only (new) option is the all black ones, which look good. However, my current ones are tan on the one side and white on the other. The white being the seen when the visor is up, to match the white roof liner. So if I buy the all black, the black will be seen against the current roof liner. It will kind of stand out.

Has anyone with a fhc brought these new sun visors and if so how do they look fitted?

The easy solution is.....don't look up!

Black sunvisors should not look out of place...........better than the odd ones you have now.

Lol not thought of the not looking up bit, but very true.

Yes I must admit that they will look better than the old ones, even in black.

I put the all black new ones on mine, well the one that's finished, and I don't have a problem with them. They are 100% better in looks than the dross ones they replaced!

When I redid my 8 I could not find Tan sun-visors and so ordered an extra piece of tan vinyl with my seat covers.
I used it to get my sun visors recovered here. Yes they are not seam welded but the Saville row type stitching on them looks neat.

You could always paint, what little headlining there is, black :)
(that's what I did with my FHC with sunroof many years ago)
