Intake manifold o-ring dimensions

I am wondering if anyone knows the id/od and thickness of the coolant passage o ring that goes between the intake
manifold and cyl head ?

Don't know, but the last one I ordered together with some other parts, was to small :mrgreen:
Get the manifold of and measure it. You'll have to remove it anyway.
As a beside I used two rings, one with the correct inner diameter and one with the correct outer diameter, works a treat :wink:

Thanks, Beans. I checked out your link, was very informative. I cut off two longer bolts and made them into studs,
this allows me to hang my intake gasket and keep it in line, then just hung the intake on these studs to install it.
The perfect o ring is 33mm diameter by 4mm thick, thanks to Steve at Rimmers. I appreciate your reply.
