Coolant Temp Sensor in intake and filling the coolant

I am looking for an aftermarket part number for the coolant temp sensor that threads into the intake manifold by the
water pump. My Tr 7 is carburetor model. The temp sensor is a single spade terminal, The Spade terminal has rotted off.
I am in Canada, and would like to order from my local parts distributor.
My other question is what has been found to be the best procedure for re filling the coolant system after changing the head gasket? And yes, the head bolts were an adventure! Thanks all. Tim

OK, I might be blowing smoke herebut...\just remove it
Take it to your local FLAPS
Match the threads
Should be pretty standard

My local part supplier sourced one, it is a TS226 by Intermotor.
