club members car?

at a local event in Cwmbran last night and this rally car was there, could not find the owner, anyone on here? and the white dhc, met the guy who owns this about yr ago again at a local show and he got it finished and on the road last week, does not look bad at all and am badgering him to join the trdrivers club [:D]
