Great stuff, & how pits should be.
Those smaller pits are about the size the Bathurst pits were, when I was racing. We ran the 3 car Holden Dealers Team from one such.
That's back when racing was about driving cars, not about technology.
I wonder how todays teams would get on with no radio or telemetry, & only a pit signaling board to communicate with the driver.
I wonder if this is why I am more drawn to MotoGP today, & don't even look at LeMans.

Nice car, still love that colour. Great pics, there is such an aura around that place, I would love to go there sometime. A friend of mine once did a youtube trip around the old circuit as best he could in his racing vitesse. I'll have a look and sse if it is still up.

The sound is a bit dodgy due to being filmed in a race car.
Just an aside, the Vitesse estate was wrecked whilst my friend was practicing at the Nurburgring, clipped by an errant Porsche he rolled at over a 100mph. He is renowned for buliding safety into old race cars and having walked from an experience like that, who can argue with him.
