Could someone please advise the thread size on the three studs that fasten the exhaust down pipe to the exhaust manifold.

I happen to have the TR7 workshop manual open to that page here on my desk..

'Exhaust Pipe to Manifold - 10 mm Stud'

Hope that's what you needed. I'm sure someone else will chime in.
