Wheel lug adapters

Scored 5 G.W. Grace Inc. wheels built in 1978. Can't find much about them since they quit making wheels a long time ago. They are marked "Meets SFI spec 1-A5." Whatever that means.
They have a 100mm bolt pattern so included where some interesting lug adapters. They screw on to the existing lug in a non-concentric fashion so that they convert the 95.2mm to 100mm.
Has anyone seen these before? Any problems when balancing the wheels?
