Found this on my engine

Postby REPLIC8 » 03 Nov 2013 15:50

Got my new TR7 home on Friday -

Looking in the engine bay noticed this paper tag -

Looks like the original factory engine tag, the number corresponds to my engine number. Never seen one of these before, think I'll take it off and put it safely in the cars history folder. [:)]

Must change my signature picture!

At least proof that it really is a very low mileage car [:)]

Wow, that is a great find. I imagine the dealer would have usually removed that on the PDI.

Definitely genuine, have paperwork from Patrick Motors, all MOT's showing a few hundred miles every year, good thing is it's always been taxed & tested & used a bit every year and not stood idle for years on end.
Going to do basic servicing / fluid changes over the winter. The tyres are knackered so will swap them as well.
Also lots of cleaning, my favourite thing. [:)]

Yup, that garage is way too tidy....must indicate some sort of personality disorder.[:p][:D]

It looks nice, Andy.
Now to get some miles on it!
