Cars & Car Conversions TR7 articles

I noticed someone selling an extract from a 1980 CCC magazine on Ebay about the TR7 and then the penny dropped that I have most of those magazines "in stock" myself. Quick rummage in the loft and I found a load of stuff from 1980 about the TR7's including technical articles on building your own TR7 V8 rally car, the launch of the DHC etc etc etc.
I will get most of them scanned to pdf and put them on my GDrive so hopefully others should be able to see them.
Beans will be interested in numbers 5 & 7 about rear axle problems and how to strengthen it.
There is some stuff in number 4 about brakes and how to fit a hydraulic handbrake in the tunnel. Hope this works

ah, all you should need is a Google acct, won't cost you anything.
If its still a problem I'll try to put them somewhere else.

Russ,
I think there's something amiss with the link you gave. For me it just displays an empty location (ie, no files).
To assist those that don't have Google accounts you can set folder & file share permissions to "Public on the web - Anyone on the Internet can find and view".
For example, the following link to an SU tuning manual should open on first click for anyone:
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B3Gv_v1 ... sp=sharing

I have a google account but when click on your link and I sign in I don't see the documents you've added.

I have added some more TR7 Tech articles so only No.1 and No.11 are missing.
There is also a report of the 1980 Criterium Alpin Rally and some adverts for Lenham hardtops.
A new Lenham top cost £483 if you included the optional Amilite glass sunroof, so not a cheap addition.

Great stuff. Any chance this link could get "stickied" by the moderators?

Glad the CCC scans have been of interest then.
Just for information, I have over a hundred CCC dated from 1974 to 1895, and even more Rallysport magazines over a slightly wider span.
Anybody want a job sorting that lot?
