Do you mean a hazard flasher or full beam? Don't understand what you mean by a warning switch? A switch with a warning light? supercass

So it is! Seems quite an unusual part to be in scarce supply. There are however two used on U.K. ebay at the moment. (Buy it now) at about £8 each inc post to U.K. Where are you? supercass

Is it broken? They can break at the pivot point.

Is it just dirty? They corrode and can be disassembled and cleaned. Inside are copper contacts that can be polished clean with Brasso or other metal cleaner, put a little di-electric grease on them so they don't recorrode, reassemble and it's as good as new. mark what is top of switch and body. Take pictures before you take out contacts so you know how they go back in with out having to think about it.

Do that same with the headlight switch while your at it.

Wouldn't hurt to do external contacts and contacts in plastic block if you want to be thorough.

S & S Preparations, Robsport and the Spitfire Graveyard all UK based traders should be able to help. They have lots of used stuff.

A squirt of WD40 in the switch every now and again keeps it healthy, and I make a point of USING the switch every time I run the car. Otherwise - it stands unused from one MOT test to the next one....and then it fails......
