Postby john 215 » 08 Mar 2013 05:12

Hi,

Was looking at results of Wed night Brightwells Classic Car Auction, noticed the only TR7, a 81 DHC ( in a great colour [:p] ) A low milage and very late car. Sold for same price as a 77 Rolls Royce Shadow 2 [:0] £ 2500 Who would have thought that when the TR7 was first brought !

That DHC was a very good buy for someone, even allowing for the auction premium.

It is very, very close to my FHC by chassis number, so probably built June 81 like mine.

Wonder how much the Roller cost in 1977? It has certainly depreciated a lot!

That's a nice DHC. The later metallics always look good.
