Problems with Rimmers yet again!!

Hi all,
I placed an order with Rimmers to get the 15% discount and even had it sent to the Classic car show to collect it to save more money, so far all good!
But when I got home and checked it I found they had sent me a TR7 throttle cable instead of a TR8 one! I emailed and the reply said no the item I had was a TR8 item!! So I re emailed and told them to look at the picture of the TR8 throttle cable on their website and compare it to the attached photo I sent them of the cable they sent me. They replied to say send it back! No explanation, no appology, who pays for the return postage etc very poor customer service, by someone on the end of a PC who doesn't have a clue whats going on.
I have used James Paddock (they offer free postage) occasionally and an odd time with S & S and Robsport, but from now on Rimmers will no longer get my business. I'm starting to realise (possibly as I'm getting older!) that customer care is the most important thing and the 3 suppliers I've just mentioned are able to offer that!
I'm annoyed that they insisted they had sent me the right cable and I had to convince them it was wrong. They don't know what they are selling!
