This could be interesting. How about a plaid top to match the interior?

A blue tartan hood. I kind of threw up in my mouth a little thinking about that. [:0]

I do think the Union Jack looks kinda cool on the Mini, but probably not so good on a 7/8

Thank god those things are not around now.
Hoods/tops with flowers, my youngest would "HAVE" to have one.

I dunno if you would remember them Hasbeen (might be that you've been trying to forget 'em) [:D], but I recall back in the 70's here in Oz, Datsun had a floral vinyl roof option on the 180B you could get either baby poop yellow or brown paintwork with a yellow/brown floral patterned vinyl roof [xx(] or you could have lime green, purple or white paintwork with a black/white floral patterned vinyl roof! [xx(] They were truly hideous and as such they didn't seem to sell many and I think the option was dropped pretty quickly.
I haven't seen one for donkey's years, I wonder if there are any left in existence?

Never even heard of them Cobber.
One advantage of being out in the Pacific Islands, then up north, in never never land, we only got the simple things of life.
If it wasn't a Holden, Ford, Toyota or Nissan it did not exist in our world.
That's why I can blame you for my Honda S2000. Until you suggested one, I had never seen one, & had forgotten about them, having only read about them a couple of times.
