Wiper Motor Upgrade

I've replaced the rickety steel wiper arms with modern-type ones that actually clean the windshield. There is a down-side of course. The friction of the blades on the glass is a lot more than before & the old wiper motor struggles with it a bit. At 120kph the motor hasn't got the strength to pull the arms back down against the wind. So, can anyone suggest a replacement motor that will bolt in with minimum fuss? Or is this just a sign that my current motor is a bit ill.

Is the drive gear in good codition. This is plastic and the cogs tend to strip, this usually causes intermittent loss of service before it packs up completely. This drive gear is meant to be a service item, but seems to be NLA in the U.K., although I have seen them on USA e bay. I believe it is meant to strip should there be an excessive load on the motor to prevent the motor burning out, but in reality just seems top wear in normal use. Part no RTC 1857 refers. supercass

I took my wiper rack apart to clean it and regrease it with clear synthetic grease. The grease wasn't as thick/congealed as I thought it might be but with new grease and clean contacts it works just like it came out of the factory, no problems cleaning the windshield, fast acting although I haven't tried it above 60 mph to see if the wipers lift at those speeds.
