Well, I have fully dimantled and regreased my wiper assembly and cleaned the contacts on the internals of the motor as well as connections. Now they move much more swiftly! But as ususal (when I work on things anyway), I have some mysterious bits left behind - and I cant find reference to them in the manual that used to dismantle in the first place! Any suggestions?

Hope that image worked.

Also, there is a parking issue. They don't park now at the bottom of their sweep, but do move down to that position during normal operation. I think there's probably a way of sliding the connectors on on the motor assembly backward or forward to correct this, but has anyone tried?

The parking switch needs to be adjusted. Spare parts are a function of not taking pictures as you disassemble. Can't take too many and while it makes disassembly longer it makes assembly much easier.
